Payment and Subscriptions:

Youaskwecreate securely saves your payment method in the third-party payment processor chosen by the client at the time of sale. The client has the option to choose whether to save the payment method or not.

Recurring subscriptions can be processed either annually or monthly, depending on the client’s preference and the nature of the business with our clients. Notifications regarding final project deliveries will be communicated through email or text, following the terms outlined in the order agreement with the client at the time of sale.

If you disagree with any changes to these terms, you should discontinue using our services within the designated notice period or once the changes become effective. Continuing to use our services and/or proceeding with payments indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Third-Party Payment Processing Notice:

Payment processing services for our website are provided by a third-party payment processor. When you make a payment, you will be directed to the third-party payment processor’s website, where your payment information will be securely collected and processed by them. Please review their terms of service and privacy policy to understand how your payment information is handled. Our website is not responsible for the security or privacy practices of the third-party payment processor.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made after 24 hours from the project start date will result in the total loss of the deposit. If you wish to reschedule, you’ll need to pay another deposit as specified in the initial sales invoice or as agreed upon with the designer based on the project’s scope. Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this initial 24-hour period, all sales are considered final. To cancel an order, please send an email to contact@youaskwecreate.com, text to 561-888-0178, or use the website chatbot, including the Order Name, Order Invoice Number, and Services/Product information. Please review your details before sending the cancellation request, as a deposit is required to initiate production.

Website Service Renewal Process:

Upon the expiration of the current website service term, the following renewal process will be observed:

  1. Reminder Email: You will receive a renewal reminder email 7 days before the expiration date. This email will outline the renewal procedure and the associated costs.
  2. Second Reminder Email and Text: If payment is not received within 7 days after the initial reminder, a second reminder email will be sent.
  3. Final Reminder Email and Text – Cancellation/Suspension Notice: If payment is not received after 3 days from the second reminder, you’ll receive a final notice warning of imminent cancellation or suspension of services.
  4. Cancellation/Suspension Notice: If payment remains outstanding beyond 3 days from the final reminder, a notice of cancellation/suspension of all services will be issued. This will include details of the impending removal of your website.
  5. Website Deletion: Following the issuance of the cancellation/suspension notice, your website will be scheduled for deletion. This process will permanently remove all associated files and content.
  6. Cancellation Fee: A non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing cancellations.

Reinstatement of Services:

Should you wish to reinstate services after your website is deleted, the following conditions apply:

  1. You must repurchase the service package at its current rate.
  2. A non-refundable reinstatement fee of $50 will be charged in addition to the service package cost.
  3. The reinstated website will be treated as a new project and will not retain any prior configurations, content, or data.

Fees:

Significant changes to services, such as website content writing, are subject to the maintenance fee as specified in the client’s originally purchased package at the time of sale. This maintenance fee does not cover backup services, mail services, or the renewal of website design. These specific services can be acquired separately on the Youaskwecreate website through additional add-ons.

Page maintenance encompasses monthly and annual tasks aimed at implementing minor alterations in the website’s appearance or information. These adjustments are carried out in accordance with the client’s chosen package or as determined by the designer based on the project’s scope. This maintenance regimen includes addressing issues related to email notifications, regular updates of core components, plugins, and themes, as well as monitoring the security of the SSL page. It also involves optimizing performance, rectifying broken links, fine-tuning existing content, and ensuring continuous SEO efforts. Additionally, the detection and resolution of any potential hacker intrusions are part of this service. It’s important to note that any significant alterations to the services, such as a comprehensive website rewrite, fall outside the purview of the maintenance fee. These changes can be availed as supplemental services and products through the Youaskwecreate website and will be invoiced separately.

By doing business with Youaskwecreate and paying any invoice or proceeding to use our site, you agree to our terms and accept the automatic renewal of payments on a monthly or yearly basis. Your credit card will be charged the applicable monthly or yearly maintenance fee as indicated in this invoice. Monthly and yearly maintenance tasks encompass changes to the website’s appearance or content based on the client’s chosen package.

This includes:

  • Managing and limiting spam emails or unwanted message notifications.
  • Regular updates to the core, plugins, and themes.
  • Creating and storing backups. Security monitoring.
  • Performance optimization. Fixing broken links.
  • Generating content. Ongoing SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
  • Detecting and resolving intrusions by hackers.

We strive to provide comprehensive maintenance packages to keep your website running smoothly and securely.

The client acknowledges the significance of promptly compensating independent contractors and aims to uphold a constructive professional association with the Contractor to ensure the seamless progress of the project.

All payments for each invoice issued by the Contractor to the Client are expected within 15 days from the date of receipt. In the event of overdue payments, the Contractor retains the prerogative to suspend work until the outstanding payment is received.

YOUASKWECREATE authorizes YOUASKWECREATE to initiate recurring debits from the bank account or execute a one-time charge on the credit card you have provided (referred to as “your Account”).

By choosing to make payment via credit card, the Client agrees to a processing fee of 3.8% of the total invoice amount. This fee covers the costs associated with credit card transactions. The total amount charged to the credit card will include both the invoice amount and the processing fee. The Client authorizes the Contractor to automatically charge the provided credit card for the total amount due, including the processing fee, on the specified due date of the invoice. The Client acknowledges that this authorization is for a reoccurring payment specific to this invoice. If the payment is not successfully processed, the Client will be responsible for providing an alternative payment method to fulfill the invoice amount.

Shipping and Handling Fees:

Fees will be included if they are applicable to your design product. To cancel recruiting services, please email contact@youaskwecreate.com or send a text to 813-802-1654, including the Order Name and Order Number. Please ensure you understand all the terms and conditions outlined above.
