1. Scope of Services
YouAskWeCreate provides website design, development, digital publishing, branding, content formatting, and technical implementation services.
Services are limited to the scope defined in the purchased package, invoice, or written proposal. Any work outside the agreed scope will require a separate quote and approval.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete, and lawful content.

Review and approve all materials before publication.

Ensure all submitted materials do not infringe on third-party rights.

Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to their business.
YouAskWeCreate is not responsible for verifying the legality or regulatory compliance of client-provided content.
3. Compliance & Legal Disclaimer
YouAskWeCreate does not provide legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice.
Implementation of privacy policies, disclaimers, employment forms, data retention clauses, cookie notices, or any compliance-related content is performed as a technical formatting and publishing service only.
The client is solely responsible for consulting a qualified attorney or professional advisor to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
No guarantee is made regarding legal sufficiency or enforceability.
4. Revisions Policy
Revisions are limited to the amount specified in the selected service package.
Revisions include minor content or layout adjustments. Major structural changes, new features, additional pages, or scope modifications are billed separately.
5. Payments & Refunds
All digital and custom services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Full or partial payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouAskWeCreate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
7. Hosting & Third-Party Services
If hosting services are provided:

Uptime is not guaranteed.

YouAskWeCreate is not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers.

Security breaches resulting from third-party platforms, plugins, or external integrations are not the responsibility of YouAskWeCreate.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of their approved design and content, except for any licensed third-party assets.
YouAskWeCreate retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any service, submitting payment, or approving a project, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Service Terms & Conditions.
